About Stave

Stave is a social network for rating and sharing concert and festival experiences. Published content (reviews, ratings, photos, comments) is generated by users themselves.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior

We do not tolerate, under any circumstances: hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, nudity or sexual content, spam, fake profiles, or any illegal content. Accounts that violate this policy will be suspended or permanently banned.

Reporting and blocking

You can report any review or user directly in the app (flag icon, or the options menu on a profile). You can also block any user — once blocked, their content stops appearing in your feed immediately.

Every report is reviewed by our team within 24 hours; when warranted, the content is removed and the author may be banned from the app.

User content

You're responsible for the content you post. By posting, you confirm you have the rights to the content (e.g. your own photos) and grant Stave a license to display it within the app.

Minimum age

Stave is intended for users 13 and older. By signing up, you confirm you meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.

Account and security

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated within the app.
